For companies

C-suite judgement, sized to your stage.

Most growing companies need a CFO's brain long before they can justify a CFO's salary. Fraconomy gives you proven operators, part-time, on terms that flex with you.

01

Vetted, not listed

Every operator is referenced and interviewed before we put them in front of you. You see a short list of people who have done the job, not a directory.

02

Pay for what you use

Engage by days per month or a fixed-scope sprint. No recruiting fees, no full-time overhead, no long lock-in.

03

Pause or swap anytime

Needs change as you grow. Scale an engagement up, pause it, or switch to a different operator without renegotiating from scratch.

How it works

From brief to embedded executive in days.

1

Share the outcome

Tell us what needs to change: close a round, fix the numbers, build the go-to-market engine.

2

Meet a shortlist

We hand-pick two or three operators who have delivered that exact outcome before.

3

Start with a sprint

Begin with a short, scoped engagement so both sides know it works before committing further.

4

Scale or step back

Extend, expand to more days, or wind down. Contracts and billing run through Fraconomy.

FAQ

Good questions.

What is a fractional executive?

An experienced C-level leader who works with a company part-time, typically one to three days a week or on a defined project, instead of as a full-time employee. You get senior judgement at a fraction of the cost.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the function, seniority and number of days. Operators set their own rates, and we share the range up front before you meet anyone. There is no recruiting fee.

How do you vet operators?

We review track record, speak with references, and interview every operator on the specific outcomes they have delivered. Only a small share of applicants are invited to join.

Where do you operate?

We are matching engagements in Singapore and Southeast Asia today. If you are elsewhere, join the waitlist and we will reach out as your region opens.

Can a fractional executive become full-time?

Yes. Some engagements naturally grow into a permanent role. We will agree the terms openly if that happens.
